He is a great all around guy, makes it fun and less awkward putting you outside your comfort zone exposing weaknesses you might be shy about. His wife is an absolute sweetheart and easy to deal with and his Son and crew of trainers are fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. Earlier in life as fitness nut, I know everything they say is spot on and fact.
